Title: Business Analyst II
Duration: 12 months
Location: Downtown Toronto (Hybrid – 4 days onsite)

Responsibilities:
• Provide data management and governance support
• Support Data Retention and Disposition (DRD) remediation activities
• Ensure data is maintained in compliance with enterprise data standards, policies, and guidelines
• Perform data analysis and assist in assessing, documenting Data Retention and Disposition requirements, support data retention and disposition analysis, and support development of Data Management and Data Retention and Disposition procedures
• Support identification, inventory and cataloguing of existing data assets
• Manual execution of Data Disposition and Evidencing
• Identify, escalate and support documentation of project and data risks and issues
• Build effective working relationships to collaborate with peers and partners on personal deliverables
• Manage numerous stakeholder relationships and provide support where required

MUST-HAVE:
1.) Business Analyst focus #Governance, change management, data (2 to 4 years)
2.) Strong #Confluence
3.) Project exp (Timelines standpoint, Risk identification)
4.) Data analytics Excel reporting – Some manual steps

NICE-TO-HAVE:
1.) Financial Industry / #Banking
2.) Data management (#controls, #compliance, understanding of data regulatory rules)
