We’re seeking an experienced AI Business Analyst with 5+ Years of experience to support AI-driven digital service and contact center initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Google CCaaS (GCEX), Vertex AI, Knowledge Management platforms, Jira, and Confluence, along with strong skills in requirements gathering, process mapping, workshop facilitation, user stories, and stakeholder management. Experience enabling AI-powered self-service and agent-assist solutions is highly preferred.
