📍 Alberta-based candidates preferred (strong preference for Edmonton residents)
💻 Fully remote with occasional onsite meetings
📅 Target start date: August 15
⏰ 7.25-hour workdays

We are seeking a Senior Digital Enablement Analyst to support digital modernization, automation, data enablement, platform assessments, renewals, and technical debt initiatives. This role will provide senior-level analysis, coordination, reporting, intake management, and decision-support capabilities helping business and technology teams evaluate opportunities, assess value, manage priorities, and support strategic technology decisions.

Must Have:
✅ Degree or diploma in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
✅ 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst supporting digital enablement initiatives
✅ Experience creating analysis, dashboards, trackers, business cases, and leadership reporting

Nice to Have:
⭐ Digital transformation experience
⭐ Data enablement, technical debt, modernization, or strategic planning experience
⭐ Experience with value assessments and business cases
⭐ Pension, benefits, public sector, or regulated environment experience
