Job Description
Hiring a Business Systems Analyst (BSA) with strong banking experience. We are looking for a candidate who can effectively bridge business and technology, driving requirements, ensuring stakeholder alignment, and delivering impactful solutions in a fast-paced environment.
Key qualifications include:
– Solid experience as a BSA in banking or financial services
– Strong skills in requirements gathering, Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) or Functional Requirement Documents (FRDs), and stakeholder management
– Experience working with data, APIs, and system integrations
– Comfort in Agile environments
Location: Greater Toronto Area (GTA)
Work model: 4 days in office mandatory
