Key Skills & Experience:
✅ Buy-Side / Capital Markets experience
✅ Strong understanding of Portfolio Management Systems & Trading Lifecycle
✅ Experience working with Front Office, Portfolio Managers, Middle Office & Trading Teams
✅ Business Requirements Gathering & Functional Specifications
✅ User Stories, Acceptance Criteria & Agile Delivery
✅ Process Mapping and Workflow Analysis
✅ Stakeholder Management & Technology Collaboration
✅ Data Analysis, Validation & Problem Solving

Nice to Have:
⭐ Experience with Bloomberg, Charles River, BlackRock Aladdin
⭐ Agile Certification (CSM/PSM)
⭐ Strong data querying and analysis skills
