Required Skills:
• 8+ years of experience in UAT/Test Management
• Strong experience in AML (Anti-Money Laundering) and Banking domain
• Expertise in Test Planning, Test Execution, Defect Management, and UAT Coordination
• Experience working with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams
• Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills
