We are currently looking for a Spanish/English IT Support Analyst or Customer Support Agent to join our client team in Scarborough. This position offers a hybrid work model, beginning with 2 weeks of on-site training, followed by 4 days on-site each month.

Rate: $30/hr

Must Have Skills:
• Fluency in English and Spanish
• 2-3 years of customer service experience
• 2-3 years of browser troubleshooting practices
• Knowledge of computer software, including configuration management software, desktop communications software, and operating system software.
