Job Title: Technology Architect – Senior

Employment Type: Contract

Duration: End of August 2027

Location: Toronto

Ideal Rate: $120- $125 (Based on Experience)

Hybrid – 2 days onsite / 3 days remote

Must haves:

10+ years of Cyber Security and Network Security experience
5+ years as a Security Architect, Cyber Security Architect, Technology Architect, or Enterprise Security Architect
Strong experience with Network Security, Managed Security Services (MSS/MSSP), and Managed Detection & Response (MDR)
Hands-on experience with Security Service Edge (SSE), Secure Access Service Edge (SASE), Secure Web Gateway (SWG), Cloud Access Security Broker (CASB), Zero Trust Network Architecture (ZTNA), and Firewall-as-a-Service (FWaaS)
Experience with SIEM, SOAR, EDR/XDR, incident response, threat detection, and vulnerability management
Experience designing enterprise security and cloud security solutions

Nice to Have

Experience supporting Ontario Public Sector or K-12 School Boards
Knowledge of NIST, CIS Controls, and MITRE ATT&CK
Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CCSP, CEH, CISA, or equivalent
