📍 Location: Markham, ON, Canada (Hybrid)
Required Skills:
• 10+ years of SAP CRM experience
• Strong expertise in SAP IS-U CRM and Customer Service
• Experience with SAP ECC to S/4HANA transformation
• Knowledge of Meter-to-Cash (M2C) and Utilities business processes
• Strong stakeholder management and solution design experience
• Utilities industry experience is mandatory
