This is an exciting opportunity to join Chris Willsher’s team and play a key role in providing privacy guidance across the organization while helping to strengthen and evolve our enterprise privacy program.

🔷 Some of the requirements for this position include::-
🔵 3–5 years of Privacy experience, ideally within the insurance or financial services industry
🔵 Strong knowledge of privacy legislation, compliance requirements, and privacy controls
🔵 Experience conducting Privacy Impact Assessments (PIAs) and providing privacy guidance to business stakeholders
🔵 Excellent communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills

📍 Locations: Burlington, Guelph, or Toronto
🏢 Hybrid work model: 2 days in office

In this role, you’ll collaborate with teams across Legal, Information Technology, Information Security, Product, and Enterprise Risk to support privacy compliance, conduct Privacy Impact Assessments (PIAs), investigate privacy incidents, respond to client requests, and promote privacy awareness across the organization. You’ll also help identify innovative solutions that enhance privacy controls while supporting business objectives.
