Digital Talent Acquisition Advisor

I’m excited to share an opportunity for a Digital Talent Acquisition Advisor to join us in supporting Canada’s digital workforce.

What makes this opportunity unique is the scale: our team supports a community of more than 20,000 digital professionals across the Government of Canada. We help connect talent with opportunities and support organizations in building the digital workforce that powers government services.

We’re looking for someone who enjoys working with clients, understanding technical talent needs, and navigating complex environments. This role is a great fit for someone with experience in recruitment, HR, IT, or another related advisory field who is passionate about helping organizations attract and connect with digital talent.

𝗔 𝗳𝗲𝘄 𝗶𝗺𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁𝗮𝗻𝘁 𝗱𝗲𝘁𝗮𝗶𝗹𝘀:
🗣️This position requires bilingual capacity, and candidates will be required to complete a second language evaluation as part of the staffing process.
📍This position is based in the National Capital Region (NCR). Candidates must currently reside in, or be willing to relocate to, the NCR.
