Container Security Consultant

Position: Container Security Consultant
Client: Enterprise BankingType: 12 month contract + extensions
Rate: 68.20/hr incorporated
Location: 2 days per week downtown Toronto
Start date: 2 weeks upon offer out

Required Skills & Experience
– Strong experience in container security within enterprise environments, preferably a major North American bank
– Hands-on experience with container platforms including OpenShift, Docker, and Kubernetes
– Experience with runtime security monitoring including:
– Unauthorized access attempts
– Crypto mining detection
– File system integrity changes
– Proven ability to enhance and mature container security programs (onboarding, adoption, and reporting)
– Experience defining security processes and operating models rather than performing hands-on scanning/testing
– Comfortable working with security tooling to define solutions, support POCs, and establish operational frameworks

Nice to Have Skills & Experience
– Experience with Aqua Security or similar container security platforms
– Exposure to DevSecOps practices and secure SDLC integration
