🚨 Hiring: Manager, Credit Card Engagement & Retention 🚨
I’m currently looking for a Manager, Credit Card Engagement & Retention for a 1-year contract opportunity in Toronto.
📍 Location: Toronto
🏢 Hybrid: 2 days/week in-office, with potential to increase to 4 days
⏳ Contract: 1 year
💰 Rate: $44/hr Inc.
🔁 Extension/FTE: Possible based on performance and business needs

This role will support a Credit Card Engagement Squad, driving day-to-day execution, coordination, and delivery discipline across Marketing, Data & Analytics, Digital, Technology, Risk, Operations, and Finance workstreams.

What you’ll be working on:
✅ Supporting squad effectiveness and cross-workstream alignment
✅ Managing complex, cross-functional initiatives end to end
✅ Coordinating campaign readiness, timelines, deliverables, and dependencies
✅ Running business routines, stand-ups, checkpoints, and stakeholder updates
✅ Preparing clear leadership updates and surfacing risks, blockers, and insights
✅ Partnering with Marketing, Analytics, and Product teams to support targeted engagement campaigns

Must-have experience:
🔹 3+ years in Marketing, Payments, Product Management, or a related area
🔹 Experience owning day-to-day squad coordination, prioritization, and dependency management
🔹 Recent project management experience across complex, cross-functional initiatives
🔹 Experience working in matrixed organizations with multiple stakeholders
Nice to have:
⭐ Familiarity with Agile and squad-based delivery models
⭐ Banking or financial services experience
⭐ Understanding of credit card products
Ideal for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, strong with stakeholder alignment, and comfortable bringing structure and momentum to fast-moving initiatives.
