Job Title: RFR OCM – 290 – Change Management Specialist
Client: Shared Health
Ministry: Ministry of Health
Location: Winnipeg, Manitoba (Remote)
Start Date: August 4, 2026
End Date: March 31, 2027
Extension: Possible until June 30, 2027

Mandatory Requirements:
✅ Valid Prosci (ADKAR) Change Management Certification
✅ PRINCE2 Foundation or Practitioner Certification

Required Experience:
✔️ 10+ years of Organizational Change Management (OCM) experience in IT implementations, including:
Organizational readiness assessments
Stakeholder analysis
Risk identification
Change management planning
At least one healthcare project
✔️ 5+ years working with senior leadership on communication strategies and executive coaching
✔️ 2+ years implementing standardized clinical plans across multiple healthcare organizations
✔️ 5+ years developing training materials and curriculum for large, complex organizations (including organizations with 1000+ employees)
✔️ 2+ years supporting Altera Sunrise Suite implementations in a clinical environment
