We are looking for an experienced Transition Lead to manage and execute end-to-end service transitions, ensuring seamless onboarding, knowledge transfer, governance setup, and successful transition to steady-state operations.
✅ Key Requirements:
• 8–12+ years of experience in IT Services, Managed Services, or ADM engagements
• Proven experience in Transition Management, Service Onboarding, or Migrations
• Strong Knowledge Transfer (KT) planning and execution experience
• Expertise in ITIL processes and Service Management frameworks
• Experience working in Global Delivery Models and Multi-Vendor environments
• Strong stakeholder, governance, risk, and issue management skills
🛠 Tools & Technologies:
• ServiceNow
• JIRA
• Confluence
• Azure DevOps
➕ Preferred:
• Understanding of Cloud, Infrastructure, and Application Architectures
