We are looking for an experienced Application/Production Support Engineer with strong Capital Markets exposure to support critical front-office applications including Salesforce, Dealogic, Capital IQ, and other investment banking platforms.
✅ Required Skills:
• L2/L3 Production Support
• Salesforce Support
• Python Scripting / Automation
• Linux/Windows Administration
• SQL
• ITIL (Incident, Problem & Change Management)
• Monitoring & Stability Engineering
• Capital Markets / Investment Banking experience
➕ Nice to Have:
• Geneos, AppDynamics, Dynatrace
• Control-M / Autosys
• Jenkins, GitHub, Ansible
• AWS, Docker, Kubernetes
