SM Soft Consulting is looking for an experienced Senior Technology Architect for a long-term onsite opportunity with the Ministry of Public and Business Service Delivery and Procurement, Ontario.
📍 Location: 5700 Yonge St, Toronto, Ontario (Onsite)
📅 Start Date: July 6, 2026
📅 End Date: July 2, 2027 (Extension Highly Likely)
⏰ Duration: 247 Business Days
🔒 Security Clearance: CRJMC

🔹 Key Requirements:
✅ 10+ years of experience in Solution Architecture, Cloud Architecture, and Enterprise Systems
✅ Strong expertise in AWS & Azure Well-Architected Framework
✅ Experience with Amazon RDS for Oracle Multi-AZ, Oracle GoldenGate, IBM WebSphere, APIs, ETL Pipelines, and Modern Web Technologies
✅ Experience with Hybrid, On-Premise, Cloud, PaaS, and CaaS Solutions
✅ Strong knowledge of Gen AI, Mobile Technologies, API Services, and Digital Transformation
✅ Hands-on experience with HL7 FHIR, HL7 V2, CDA, IHE-XDS/SCR
✅ Experience implementing PKI, MFA, and SSO solutions
✅ Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and solution delivery experience

🏥 Preferred:
✔ 5+ years of Public Sector and/or Healthcare experience
✔ Knowledge of Ontario Health standards, GO-ITS, Client/Provider Registries, SNOMED-CT, LOINC, and Health Information Exchange standards
