Spanish-Speaking Project Managers

🚨 Spanish-Speaking Project Managers in Canada- (Investment or Portfolio)
We’re hiring a Spanish + English Bilingual Project Manager to support banking digital transformation initiatives connected to International Banking and LATAM stakeholders.
📍 Location: Open to candidates across Canada
Toronto/GTA candidates may be expected onsite a few times per week
💰 Rate: $56/hr incorporated
⏳ Contract: 4 months with strong possibility of extension
🕘 Hours: EST business hours

You’ll be using your Spanish communication skills to work across regional teams, business stakeholders, technology groups, and project delivery conversations that require clarity, confidence, and strong coordination.

What you’ll be working on:
• Leading project delivery from planning through execution and closure
• Supporting digital and technology transformation initiatives
• Coordinating with business, technology, and vendor teams
• Managing timelines, risks, dependencies, scope, and stakeholder updates
• Preparing project status reports for senior leadership
• Using Jira, Confluence, MS Project, and Power BI for tracking and reporting

Must-have experience:
• 3–5 years of project management experience
• Banking or financial services background
• Experience with digital, technology, or transformation projects
• Strong understanding of Scrum, PMI, or structured project delivery
• Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, MS Project, and Power BI
• Strong Spanish and English communication skills
Nice to have:
• Experience working with LATAM, regional, or multi-country teams
• Exposure to mobile banking, web banking, or core banking platforms
• PMP, CSM, PSM, or similar certification

This is a great fit for a bilingual PM who can move confidently between business and technology teams while supporting regional banking transformation work.
