Senior Program / Project Manager

🚨 Hiring: Senior Program / Project Manager – Halifax, NS (Onsite) Required Skills: • Extensive experience leading large-scale transformation, system integration, or enterprise programs • Strong Program and Project Management experience within Power Utilities and Operational Technology environments • Experience managing complex multi-vendor, cross-functional, and large-scale delivery programs • Strong understanding of integrated delivery across business, IT, OT, operational, cybersecurity, and regulatory domains • Experience establishing program governance, executive reporting, steering committees, and escalation management processes • Strong experience managing Integrated Master Plans, scheduling, dependencies, milestones, and critical path activities • Hands-on experience managing RAID processes, financial tracking, forecasting, resource planning, and budget management • Experience coordinating operational readiness, testing activities, cutover planning, transition management, and go-live governance • Strong stakeholder management experience working with executives, vendors, System Integrators, and operational teams • Strong leadership, facilitation, communication, and conflict resolution capabilities • Ability to manage high-pressure operational transformation programs and complex delivery environments If you are interested, please share your resume.
