Scrum Master – Financial Services Client Type: 9 m contract + extensions Hybrid 2-3 days a week downtown Toronto Rate: 45-47 on T4 OR 50-55/hr incorporated Work Breakdown: ~80% Agile ceremonies, team collaboration, and stakeholder engagement ~20% administrative coordination and follow-ups (primarily afternoons) REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE 7+ years of overall professional experience 2–3+ years of experience in a Scrum Master or Agile delivery role Hands-on experience facilitating Agile ceremonies and managing Scrum processes Experience supporting backlog refinement and sprint planning activities Strong communication skills with experience working across offshore and onshore teams Proven ability to quickly adapt and make an impact in new environments Strong interpersonal skills with a people-first, relationship-driven approach Ability to balance structure with flexibility in a fast-paced, evolving environment
