Senior Program Manager – PeopleSoft (Long-Term Contract Opportunity) 🚨
📍 Oakville, ON (Hybrid – 2 days/week onsite)
📅 20-month contract (May 2026 – Jan 2028)
💰 Up to $115/hr all-inclusive
We’re looking for a highly experienced Senior Program Manager (PeopleSoft) to lead a large-scale, enterprise transformation program within a complex public sector environment.
This is a true end-to-end program leadership role, not a project coordination position. You’ll be responsible for driving a multi-million-dollar PeopleSoft modernization program spanning Campus Solutions, FSCM, and HCM, with multiple interdependent initiatives running in parallel.
🔥 What makes this role exciting:
You’ll own and coordinate a portfolio of 7–8 strategic initiatives, working across executive leadership, vendors, and cross-functional teams in a highly visible transformation program impacting 2,500+ employees and 40,000+ students.
This is a role for someone who thrives in complexity, ambiguity, and large-scale enterprise delivery.
🧠 What you’ll be doing:
Leading end-to-end PeopleSoft program delivery and governance
Managing a complex portfolio of interdependent initiatives
Building and maintaining an integrated master schedule across multiple workstreams
Driving executive-level reporting and Steering Committee updates
Owning budget tracking, forecasting, and financial performance
Managing risk, issue escalation, and dependency alignment
Coordinating internal teams and external vendors across multiple domains
Supporting resource planning and knowledge transfer in a constrained environment
Establishing and enforcing program governance and delivery standards
🎯 What we’re looking for:
10+ years of IT Program / Project Management experience
Strong hands-on PeopleSoft experience (Campus Solutions, FSCM, HCM preferred)
Proven experience managing $5M+ enterprise programs
Background in higher education or public sector environments
PMP certification required (PgMP or MBA an asset)
Strong experience with portfolio governance, RAID management, and executive reporting
Ability to operate in highly complex, multi-stakeholder environments
Strong financial and resource management experience
💡 Ideal profile:
You’re not just a coordinator — you’re a program owner who can:
Navigate ambiguity
Align executive stakeholders
Drive decisions
Manage competing priorities
And keep large transformation programs on track under pressure
