IT Project Manager (Contract) – Transformation Programs | Toronto (Hybrid)
We’re hiring 2 experienced IT Project Managers to support large-scale enterprise transformation initiatives within a complex environment. This is a high-impact contract with strong visibility and the opportunity to work across multiple technology and business teams.

💼 The Opportunity
You will play a key role in delivering critical transformation programs, including:
Application rebuilds and modernization
Cloud migration and platform re-hosting
Enterprise integrations and dependency management
Risk and remediation initiatives (SWC-related work)
You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams across engineering, infrastructure, and security, ensuring successful end-to-end delivery.
🛠️ Key Responsibilities
Manage project scope, timelines, budget, and deliverables
Lead cross-functional teams and coordinate project resources
Partner with stakeholders to define business and technical requirements
Drive UAT, rollout planning, and implementation activities
Ensure adherence to project management and SDLC best practices
Prepare and present updates to leadership and stakeholders
✅ Must-Have Experience
5+ years as an IT Project Manager / Program Manager
Experience delivering:
Application changes / modernization
Architecture redesign or platform migration
Enterprise integrations and dependencies
Strong experience working in Agile and/or Waterfall environments
Proficiency with MS Project, Visio, Excel
⭐ Nice to Have
Experience within large financial institutions
Exposure to infrastructure and/or cybersecurity projects
Risk or regulatory remediation experience
PMP certification

You are a hands-on, delivery-focused Project Manager with experience navigating complex enterprise environments. You understand how to manage dependencies across systems and teams, and can operate effectively in fast-paced, evolving programs.
💰 Rate
Incorporated: $59 – $69/hr
T4: $47 – $55/hr
