🎯 8–10+ years in Agile environments (enterprise-scale coaching)
🎯 Proven success coaching mature Agile teams (5+ years)
🎯 Deep expertise in Scrum & Kanban (flow-based delivery)
🎯 Strong experience with metrics (cycle time, throughput, predictability)
🎯 Ability to influence leadership & remove systemic impediments
🎯 Advanced facilitation, coaching mindset & servant leadership

Certification (Mandatory)
