Client: Ministry of Public and Business Service Delivery and Procurement
📍 Work Location: 222 Jarvis St., Toronto, Ontario (Onsite)
📅 Estimated Start Date: August 4, 2026
📅 Estimated End Date: March 31, 2027
🕒 Hours: 7.25 Hours/Day
📈 Extension: Probable after the initial mandate
🔒 Security Level: CRJMC

Must Have
• Experience in leading the design of complex digital services from concept to production
• Expert knowledge of information architecture and interaction design, user-centered design processes, user experience principles
• Experience in Figma and Axure
• Demonstrated experience developing key design deliverables such as user flows, wireframes, mock-ups, clickable prototypes, presentations and reports
• Experience in conducting research, user research, usability testing
• Experience in designing online services to be accessible by default
• Proficient with design and prototyping software, digital collaboration and web conferencing tools
• Demonstrates effective use of AI tools to support UI/UX design activities, including generating wireframes, and analyzing user behavior

Experience and Skill Set Requirements
Experience in leading the design of complex digital services from concept to production – 30%
Portfolio of recent work demonstrating UI/UX expertise in designing complex online services – 30%
Technical Expertise and Design Capability – 40%
• Expert knowledge of information architecture and interaction design, user-centered design processes, user experience principles
• Demonstrated experience developing key design deliverables such as user flows, wireframes, mock-ups, clickable prototypes, presentations and reports
• Experience in conducting research, user research, usability testing
