Senior Full Stack Software Engineer (IC4 / IC5) – AI-Driven Product Engineering Hybrid (Toronto, Etobicoke or Mississauga)
We’re hiring multiple Full Stack Engineers (5 openings) to join a high-growth team building scalable, customer-facing platforms used at national scale.
This is a modern engineering role for true full-stack builders who love working across Node.js, Python, React, and cloud-native AWS systems—and who are excited about building with AI as part of their daily workflow.
⚙️ Tech Stack You’ll Use
Node.js / TypeScript (primary)
Python / Django
React / Next.js (and Vue in parts)
AWS, Docker, Terraform
PostgreSQL, Redis, MongoDB
APIs, microservices, scalable architecture
🤖 AI-First Engineering Culture
We’re looking for engineers who actively use:
ChatGPT, Copilot, Cursor, or similar tools to:
Accelerate development
Improve code quality
Enhance testing & delivery
Integrate AI into daily engineering workflows
🎯 What We’re Looking For
5+ years of software engineering experience
Strong full-stack development background
Experience in SaaS, marketplaces, or high-scale product companies
Strong system design & architecture skills
Ownership mindset (“You build it, you run it”)
Passion for clean, scalable, production-grade code

This is not a Python-only role.
We are looking for engineers who are comfortable across modern full-stack stacks (Node + Python + React).
💰 Roles Available
IC5 Senior Engineers (up to $180K CAD)
IC4 Engineers (up to $150K CAD)
