💰 Rate: $82/hr Incorp
We are seeking a senior Cloud IAM Delivery Lead to support a high-visibility enterprise transformation program focused on modernizing Identity & Access Management at scale.

This role is focused on the rollout of Microsoft Entra ID and Multi-Factor Authentication across a large enterprise environment. This is not a pure engineering role — we are looking for a delivery-driven IAM expert who can lead execution, align stakeholders, manage complex edge cases, and drive outcomes across technical and business teams.

🔹 What You’ll Be Working On
• Lead end-to-end delivery of IAM programs and workstreams
• Drive project milestones, work plans, communication plans, and delivery execution
• Partner with engineering, architecture, security, business, and executive stakeholders
• Support IAM roadmap execution and project governance
• Manage risks, issues, dependencies, and stakeholder expectations
• Guide technical discussions around identity integration, authentication, and secure infrastructure patterns
• Support complex edge cases across users, business units, and executive groups
• Manage vendor and partner relationships to ensure solutions meet enterprise requirements

🔹 Must-Have Experience
• 8+ years of delivery experience driving large-scale programs across IAM, Security, Cloud, or enterprise technology
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID
• Experience with Identity Providers, SSO, MFA, and enterprise IAM concepts
• Understanding of SAML, OAuth, and OpenID Connect
• Ability to work confidently with engineers, architects, business teams, and senior stakeholders
• Experience navigating complex enterprise environments with multiple stakeholders
• Strong understanding of cloud environments, preferably Azure
• Ability to guide secure application deployment, identity integration, and infrastructure patterns

🔹 Nice to Have
• Enterprise IAM implementation or migration experience
• Large-scale MFA rollout experience
• Exposure to ForgeRock or similar IAM platforms
• Experience in global, multi-entity, or highly regulated enterprise environments
