We are seeking a Tier 1 Desktop Support Analyst for a 3-month (with possible extension), fully on-site contract in Winnipeg, Manitoba.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide first-line technical support
Diagnose and resolve user issues
Manage and track support tickets
Escalate unresolved issues as needed
Maintain accurate documentation
Deliver high-quality customer service
Conduct follow-ups to ensure resolution
Monitor system performance

Required Skills & Qualifications:
Strong technical knowledge of computer systems, mobile devices, and software applications
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Customer-focused mindset
Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
High attention to detail
Strong team collaboration skills

Education & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, technical diploma, or equivalent; Certifications are an asset
1–2 years of experience in a Microsoft technical support environment
