Position: Bilingual Exam Coordinator

Client: Financial Education

Contract: 7-months- possibility of extension or going full-time perm

Location: 3 days per week – downtown

Hours: 45 hour weeks

Rate: 19/hr

 

Musts:

• Customer/client services experience

• Ticket and phone call management and working to SLA’s

• Licensure Exam delivery would be great

• Office Administration abilities

• Data and analytical experience

• Bilingual – French and English speaking and writing (able to also answer e-mails in French)

• Ability to communicate in multi styles (phone, email etc.)

• High degree of professionalism and accountability

 

Day to Day:

Answering questions around their support site through a third party. Ex. “I couldn’t take my exam. I’m not sure I’m qualified…etc.”

Requirements added by the job poster
