🚀 We’re Hiring: Helpdesk/Technical Support Specialist
📍 Location: Scarborough, ON (Hybrid – 2 weeks onsite training, then 4 days onsite per month)
🕒 Schedule: Monday–Friday | 9:30 am–5:30 pm or 10:30 am–6:30 pm | Rotational late shift every 6 weeks (12 pm–8 pm)
📅 Duration: 12–24 months (possibility of extension or FTE based on performance)
🔹 About the Role
Join our dynamic support team and provide technical assistance to computer system users. You’ll troubleshoot issues, answer inquiries, and ensure smooth operations for clients across multiple platforms. This role offers hybrid flexibility and opportunities for growth.
🔹 Must-Have Skills
Fluency in English
2–3 years of customer service experience
2–3 years of browser troubleshooting practices
Knowledge of operating systems, configuration management, and desktop communication software
🔹 Nice-to-Have
Previous Help Desk or Contact Center experience
Technical Help Desk background
