About the job
We’re looking for a Systems Administration / Operations Support Specialist to support 24/7 data centre operations and technology infrastructure.
On-Site Position
24/7/365 Operations | 4-on, 4-off | 12-hour rotating shifts
Requirements:
5 years of technology-related experience
2 years of Service Desk Support experience
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills
Strong Technical Troubleshooting skills
Experience with Enterprise Automation Scheduling
Experience supporting data centre operations and infrastructure environments
Ability to work independently in a 24/7 operational environment
Proficiency in at least 5 of the following:
Technical Troubleshooting
Data Backup & Migration
Computer Operations
Data Centre Administration
Production Control
Enterprise Automation Scheduling
Data Centre Facilities Management
System & Console Operations
Technology Systems Management
Records Management & Archiving
