Position: Technology Architect – Senior
RQ: RQ11202
Client: Ministry of Public and Business Service Delivery and Procurement
Location: 777 Bay St., Toronto, Ontario (Hybrid)
Duration: September 1, 2026 – August 31, 2027 (Extension Possible)

Must-Have Skills:
✅ 10+ years of experience in Cyber Security, GRC, Risk Assessments, and Regulatory Compliance
✅ Hands-on experience with:
NIST Cybersecurity Framework (CSF) v1.1 & v2.0
CIS Critical Security Controls v8
ISO/IEC 27001
NIST Privacy Framework
ISO/IEC 27701
COBIT
Threat Risk Assessments (TRAs)
Cyber Security Risk Assessments
✅ Strong knowledge of:
IoT Security
AI & Large Language Models (LLMs) Security and Privacy
MFIPPA
Canadian Privacy Act
GDPR
EDSTA (Enhancing Digital Security and Trust Act, 2024)

Preferred:
✔ CISSP / CISM / CIPP / CIPM / CIPT certifications
✔ Experience with Government of Ontario standards (GO-ITS)
✔ Public Sector and Ontario K–12 School Board experience
