🔹 Must-Have Qualifications:
• Post-secondary degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 4 years of experience performing testing for large-scale applications, including on-premise, web solutions, cloud-based integrations, and mobile platforms.
• Strong experience executing test cycles, analyzing results, and managing the full defect lifecycle using tools such as OpenText ALM, OpenText Octane, JIRA, X-Ray, Confluence, etc.
• Strong understanding of SDLC and experience working in Waterfall, Agile (Scrum), and Hybrid environments.
• Certification in Software Quality Engineering or an equivalent credential is considered a strong asset.

🔹 Nice-to-Have:
• Experience testing specialized platforms such as AI-based solutions, ServiceNow, Salesforce, SAP, or equivalent platforms is a strong asset.
