We are looking for an experienced QA Lead with strong expertise in the Banking and KYC domain, specializing in test strategy, automation, functional and integration testing, regulatory compliance, and quality assurance.

💼 Experience: 8–15+ Years
🏦 Domain: Banking / Financial Services / KYC
🔑 Mandatory Skills & Experience:
✅ 8–15+ years of experience as a QA Lead in Banking & KYC
✅ Strong KYC domain knowledge and banking/financial services experience
✅ Experience with Manual & Automation Testing
✅ Strong understanding of KYC processes, workflows & regulatory requirements
✅ Experience in Agile/Scrum environments
✅ Test case execution, Regression & Integration Testing
✅ Database Testing experience
✅ Understanding of Test Automation Frameworks – architecture, components & execution flow
✅ Hands-on experience with JIRA – defect tracking & workflows
✅ Experience with JTMF or similar Test Management Tools
✅ Ability to validate Business Requirements, Functional Specifications & User Stories
✅ Strong collaboration with BA, Developers & QA Teams
✅ Excellent Stakeholder Communication & Reporting skills
