Job Overview

– Collaborate with stakeholders across IT, HR, SIR departments to elicit, document, and prioritize business requirements.
– Candidate must have strong ServiceNow experience as a BA, create user stories and navigate ServiceNow, develop workflows.
– Conduct workshops and interviews to understand business processes and identify areas for improvement.
– Ensure that requirements are clearly articulated and aligned with business objectives.
– Write clear and concise user stories with well-defined acceptance criteria.
– Ensure that user stories are understood and agreed upon by both the development team and stakeholders.
– Break down high-level requirements into smaller, actionable pieces.
– Participate in agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
– Work closely with the development team to ensure timely delivery of user stories.
– Collaborate with the product owner to prioritize the backlog and ensure alignment with business goals.
– Collaborate with the ServiceNow development team to design solutions that meet business needs.
– Ensure that proposed solutions are technically feasible and aligned with best practices.
– Coordinate and participate in testing activities, including the development of test plans and scripts.
– Maintain comprehensive documentation of requirements, processes, and solutions.
– Provide training and support to end-users as needed.
– Automate major ServiceNow Modules using ServiceNow ATF application.

Qualifications

– Experience: 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, in ServiceNow leading HRSD stories as the primary focus, ITSM as secondary.
– Education: Degree or diploma in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
– Proficiency in ServiceNow, particularly in IT, HR, and SIR modules.
– Demonstrated understanding of HR life events within ServiceNow.
– Strong understanding of agile methodologies and practices.
– Experience creating user stories and acceptance criteria.
– Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving skills, strong communication abilities, and the capacity to work collaboratively in a team environment.
– ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) or Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS).
– Experience with ServiceNow Agile 2.0.
