Senior Manager, Business Systems Analysis – Global Equity Technology | Toronto (Hybrid)
Are you equally comfortable analyzing real-time trading data as you are presenting insights to senior business leaders?
We’re seeking a hands-on Senior Manager BSA to join a high-impact Equity Technology team supporting institutional trading desks. This role combines deep technical expertise with capital markets knowledge and stakeholder engagement.
✅ 10+ years in Capital Markets Technology/Data Analysis
✅ Python, Kafka, Elasticsearch, Apache NiFi, SQL
✅ FIX Protocol, APIs, Postman
✅ Equity Trade Lifecycle expertise
✅ Strong communication and business-facing skills
This is not a traditional BA or PM role—we need someone who can dive into data pipelines, troubleshoot complex market data flows, and translate findings into actionable business outcomes.
💰 Compensation: ~$140K CAD + bonus, pension, ESOP & excellent benefits
