We are looking for a Smart Plants Architect / Program Manager to lead the vision and delivery of Smart Plants initiatives with a leading clean energy client. You will lead end-to-end digital transformation, using Industry 4.0 technologies to deliver smarter, more autonomous plant operations and drive measurable business value aligned with the STR.

Job Overview

🔧 What You’ll Do:
– Lead Smart Plants architecture and digital transformation programs end-to-end.
– Develop and maintain the enterprise architecture for Smart Plants, integrating Industry 4.0 technologies, IoT, digital twins, AI/ML.
– Architect scalable, secure, and resilient solutions that connect physical assets, operational technology (OT), and information technology (IT) systems.
– Drive predictive, adaptive, and autonomous plant operations.
– Oversee real-time data integration, analytics, and automation strategies.
– Collaborate with executives, engineering, IT, and operations teams.
– Lead change management, technology adoption, and program governance.
– Track performance, risks, and delivery of measurable business value.

✅ What We’re Looking For:
– University Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Industrial Automation, IT, or related field.
– 10+ years’ experience in digital transformation, smart plant/Industry 4.0 program delivery, or industrial automation (at least 5 years in a leadership or architecture role).
– Proven delivery of large-scale industry 4.0, IoT, digital twin, or automation programs in asset-intensive industries.
– Strong knowledge of OT/IT integration, plant operations, and cybersecurity.
– Experience with cloud/edge, AI/ML, advanced analytics, and automation.
– Strong stakeholder engagement, leadership, and program delivery skills.
– Certifications (PMP, Agile, SAFe, TOGAF) are highly desirable.
