. Experience with Genesys Chatbot development and support
. Genesys WEM configuration and support
. Email design, development and configuration
. Genesys menu, prompt and message AI audio generation with Murf (SaaS)
. Genesys operational support
. Website support center knowledge base creation and support as our FAQ is based on Genesys
. Genesys Data action creation and support for API integrations
. Genesys users/agents setup support : downtown Toronto / open to remote strong consultants outside of GTA
