Hiring: AI Product Owner – Contact Center Services | Brampton, ON – Hybrid

Required Skills:
5+ years of Product Owner/Product Management experience
Strong Contact Center and Customer Experience background
Experience with AI, Conversational AI, LLMs, Chatbots, and Automation solutions
Technical understanding of Python and JavaScript
Strong Agile/Scrum experience with roadmap and backlog management
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

Key Responsibilities:
Define and drive the roadmap for next-generation Contact Center AI services
Collaborate with engineering teams to deliver AI-powered customer support solutions
Gather, analyze, and refine business and technical requirements
Challenge assumptions, ask probing questions, and drive clarity across teams
Translate business needs into actionable user stories and product features
Improve customer journeys using Conversational AI, LLMs, and automation technologies
