✔️ Must be legally authorized to work in Canada & work remotely in Alberta
✦ ᴍᴜsᴛ ʜᴀᴠᴇ ➡️ Minimum 3 years’ experience ServiceNow (or similar) for incident management, MS Exchange 2010 Administrator to manage email accounts/shared inboxes/folders.
✔️3 years’ experience creating local & global security groups & applying permissions for Windows 2016 (from Windows 2008) servers
✔️3 years’ strong understanding of New Technology File System Permissions and best practices.
✔️3 years’ experience using Microsoft Exchange 2010 Administrator to manage email accounts, shared mailboxes, distribution lists, and public folders.
✔️3 years’ experience using Windows 2016 Active Directory to manage all objects for a large-scale environment (over 5000 users).
✔️2 years’ experience with a problem tracking software and process workflow such as, BMC Remedy AR System.
✔️Preferred candidates will have public sector experience and/or knowledge of applying AI in Active Directory and Azure
✔️ t is an asset if you have experience with any of the following:  3rd party utilities such as Dell Security Explorer 9.6, LDAP Query software (rADium), Remote Access software (Terminal Services, VPN, and Citrix), Powershell, Active Roles 7.0 (or newer) Console
