I’m recruiting for a Senior Workday HCM Lead to join a global organization in York Region, leading ongoing Workday initiatives and delivering hands-on HCM configuration in a fast-paced enterprise environment.

What we’re looking for:
✔️ 5+ years of Workday HCM experience
✔️ Hands-on configuration across Core HCM, Compensation, Time, Absence, Talent & Reporting
✔️ Experience leading full-cycle Workday implementations
✔️ Workday certification(s)
✔️ Ability to work onsite 5 days per week in York Region
