🚨 We’re Hiring: Senior Organizational Change Manager 🚨

Client: Government of Alberta
📍 Location: Remote within Canada (occasional onsite meetings in Edmonton, AB)
📅 Duration: 10 Months
We’re looking for an experienced Senior Organizational Change Manager to support the OPGT Information System Replacement project.

Must-Have Qualifications:
✅ Change Management certification (Prosci or equivalent) + 8+ years of related experience
✅ 1+ year as an Organizational Change Manager on a complex technology/software implementation
✅ 8+ years developing change strategies, readiness assessments, impact analyses, resistance management plans, and related deliverables
✅ 5+ years developing stakeholder communications and engagement materials

Nice to Have:
✔ Public sector or large enterprise experience (100+ impacted users)
✔ Experience with change metrics and executive communications
✔ Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM/Finance) experience
✔ Change risk management, stakeholder facilitation, and MS Office expertise
