Key Requirements:
✔️ 7+ years of Business Analysis experience, including 3+ years in Senior BA roles
✔️ Strong experience with Digital Identity, IAM, Authentication & Authorization
✔️ Expertise in writing detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, and data requirements
✔️ Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps (ADO)
✔️ Agile delivery experience (INVEST-compliant user stories, DoD, DoR)
✔️ Experience working in complex public-sector or healthcare environments
✔️ Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
Nice to Have:
➕ Ontario Public Sector experience
➕ Knowledge of OIDC, OAuth 2.0, SAML, NIST 800-63
➕ Experience in Digital Health, Privacy, Security, and Provider Identity ecosystems
