Salesforce Technical Lead

📍 Location: Toronto, ON (Hybrid)

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Technical Lead to lead the design, development, and implementation of enterprise Salesforce solutions while mentoring development teams and driving technical excellence.

Key Requirements:
✅ 8+ years of Salesforce development experience with 2+ years in a Technical Lead role
✅ Strong hands-on experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce Customizations
✅ Expertise in Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
✅ Experience designing solution architecture, technical roadmaps, and implementation strategies
✅ Strong background in enterprise architecture, technology consulting, and Agile methodologies
✅ Proven experience leading end-to-end Salesforce implementation and maintenance projects
✅ Excellent client-facing, communication, and stakeholder management skills
✅ Salesforce Technical Certifications are required
