📢 Hiring: Risk & Controls Professional | Downtown Toronto

I’m currently hiring for an exciting contract opportunity with a major banking client supporting a team focused on Sustainability & Control Governance.

This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in Risk & Controls, financial reporting controls, governance, and oversight. While exposure to ESG or sustainability reporting is an asset, the priority is someone who can review, challenge, and strengthen controls and governance processes.

What we’re looking for:
– 3–5+ years of experience in Risk & Controls or Financial Controls
– Experience with financial reporting and/or SOX controls
– Ability to assess, review, and challenge data, reporting, and governance controls
– Experience with risk reporting or ESG reporting is an asset
– CPA/CA certifications are nice to have
