🚨 Hiring: Operations Officer II | Mississauga, ON (Hybrid) 🚨
We are looking for an experienced Operations Officer II to join a growing team in Mississauga, Ontario on a 12-month contract with strong potential for extension or permanent conversion based on performance and business needs.
📍 Location: Mississauga, ON (Hybrid – 4 days onsite, 1 day remote)
📅 Duration: 12 Months
💰 Pay Rate: $22-26/hour (Incorporated) | $17-21/hour (T4)
⏰ Schedule: Monday–Friday, flexibility required between 8:00 AM and 8:15 PM operational hours
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
• Process estate files and support money movement transactions
• Provide operational support to front-line banking teams
• Manage complex banking requests while meeting strict SLAs
• Ensure accuracy, compliance, and operational effectiveness
• Handle high-volume data entry and transaction processing
✅ Must-Have Qualifications:
• 2–4 years of banking or financial services experience
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, Outlook, Word)
• Data entry and transaction processing experience
• Experience working within SLA-driven environments
• Ability to learn new systems and technologies quickly
⭐ Preferred:
• Estate processing experience
• Retail banking background
• Knowledge of multiple banking products
