🚨 Hiring: Microsoft Teams Telephony / Operational Engineer

We’re looking for an Operational Engineer with strong Microsoft Teams Phone/Telephony experience to support enterprise telephony and contact centre modernization.

🔹 Key Skills:
Microsoft Teams Phone / Teams Telephony
Amazon Connect & AWS
Telephony migration & troubleshooting
Cloud / DevOps / Automation experience is an asset
Reliability Clearance required

📍 Location: North York or Kitchener, ON
🏠 Work: Primarily remote | Occasional onsite
📅 Contract: 6 months + potential extension
