Working with one of our top financial clients, this role calls for a Recruiter – High Volume Recruitment. This position involves leading full-cycle recruitment within a dynamic retail banking environment, supporting busy hiring demands, and fostering strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates alike. The ideal candidate will bring extensive recruitment experience, a passion for talent acquisition, and a resourceful mindset to effectively fill roles in a fast-paced organization.

Pay rate range (CAD): $49.01/hr – $49.22/hr

Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end recruitment process, including intake sessions, requisition opening, interview scheduling, and offer extension
Conduct full-cycle interviews, from screening to final discussions with hiring managers
Develop and execute pipeline and sourcing strategies for high-volume hiring needs
Coordinate and facilitate hiring events and assist in onboarding and background checks
Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders such as branch managers and HR partners
Track and report recruitment metrics to optimize sourcing efforts
Stay updated on industry best practices and employment trends to improve recruitment strategies
Support various projects aimed at talent acquisition process improvements
Maintain a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
Desired Skill-Set:

5-7 years of recruitment experience, including high-volume roles
Strong understanding of recruitment lifecycle and best practices
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Highly organized with strong reporting and Excel skills
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple requisitions simultaneously
Experience in a corporate or retail banking environment preferred
Knowledge of legal hiring policies and procedures
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and social media sourcing
Nice to Have:

Agency recruitment experience
Experience with recruitment in enterprise or well-known companies
Skills in building productivity tools using Python, Excel, or VBA
Experience with banking or financial services industry
