📅 Contract: September 21, 2026 – April 21, 2027
💰 Rate: $60/hr Incorp
⏰ Hours: 37.5 hours/week

We’re looking for an experienced Quality Assurance Analyst to support a major digital campaign initiative focused on delivering customer offers through authenticated digital channels.
This is a hands-on QA opportunity supporting highly visible, customer-facing web and mobile applications within a fast-paced financial services environment.

🔍 What You’ll Be Doing
✅ Execute Functional, UI, Content, Data, Sanity and Regression Testing
✅ Perform Cross-Browser and Cross-Device Testing across desktop, mobile and tablet
✅ Analyze requirements, build/execute test cases and validate defect fixes
✅ Track and manage defects using tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps or Adobe Workfront
✅ Collaborate with developers, business stakeholders and project teams
✅ Validate user experience, content accuracy and data integrity
✅ Support release readiness and proactively identify risks/blockers
✅ Ensure alignment with accessibility, security, privacy and regulatory requirements

🎯 Must-Have Experience
🔹 5–7 years of QA / Software Testing experience
🔹 Strong experience testing websites, mobile web applications and mobile apps
🔹 Hands-on expertise with:
• Functional Testing
• UI Testing
• Content Testing
• Data Validation
• Cross-Browser / Cross-Device Testing
• Sanity & Regression Testing
🔹 Experience with Jira, Azure DevOps, Adobe Workfront or similar tools
🔹 Strong understanding of QA methodologies, environments and testing best practices
🔹 Experience working within Agile delivery teams
🔹 Recent Banking, Insurance or Financial Services experience

⭐ Nice to Have
➕ WCAG / Accessibility Testing experience
➕ Test automation using Playwright, Selenium or similar frameworks
➕ Experience developing and maintaining automated test scripts
➕ JavaScript, TypeScript, Java, Python or C# exposure
➕ Automation experience across regression, smoke, accessibility and end-to-end testing
➕ ISTQB certification
🎓 Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Technology or a related discipline preferred.
