Project Manager III

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager III to join an Oil & Gas client in Calgary for a long-term contract opportunity with potential extension. This role is within the Strategy, Planning & Governance team in Real Estate and Workplace Services (REWS), focusing on leading high-impact, cross-functional projects emphasizing risk and budget management, change implementation, and strategic alignment. The ideal candidate will leverage a strong project management background, stakeholder coordination, and business consulting expertise to facilitate transformation and operational excellence.

**Key Responsibilities:**
– Lead and coordinate multi-disciplinary projects spanning various business units.
– Efficiently prioritize and manage project risks and budgets.
– Develop and execute change management and communication plans.
– Oversee financial data, documentation, and vendor relationships.
– Enhance accountability, planning standards, and process efficiencies.
– Serve as an internal consultant to drive business transformation and decision-making.

**Qualifications:**
– Demonstrated project management experience; Engineering or MBA background preferred.
– Track record in managing large, cross-functional programs and change initiatives.
– Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement capabilities.
– Proficiency in financial administration and task management.
– Change Management certification considered advantageous.

**Preferred Skills:**
– Proficient in analytical, problem-solving, and organizational competencies.
– Strong sense of ownership with the ability to work autonomously or in teams.
– Familiarity with project management tools and software.
