Senior Project Manager

🚨Looking for a Senior Project Manager, Learning Technology for a Financial Services client🚨

📍 Hybrid (4 days in-office) – Toronto, Ontario
⏰ 12 months (high possibility to extend)
💰 $90/hr (INC)

Only candidates meeting ALL the following criteria will be considered

Required Qualifications:
-Project Management Experience: 7+ years of experience leading complex, large-scale enterprise system implementations, configuration, data migration, and testing.
-Domain Expertise: Demonstrated experience delivering technology initiatives within HR, Talent, Learning & Development, or Workforce Enablement functions.
-Vendor & Dependency Management: Proven track record of managing third-party implementation partners and coordinating multiple workstreams with complex dependencies.
-Executive Governance: Hands-on experience navigating complex stakeholder environments, managing Steering Committees, and preparing executive RAID logs and dashboards.
-Learning & HR Platforms: Direct exposure to LMS implementation, upgrades, or modernization initiatives, along with experience deploying platforms like Workday Learning, SuccessFactors, Cornerstone, or similar toolsets.
